Today is my first day of a new workout routine for the month of June (it's June, right?).  I've got some "free" time and really wanted to focus on fitness this month.  I signed up for a personal trainer 3 days a week and will supplement that with yoga on the other days.

Today was my first day.... and wow.... if I work this hard for the next 11 session I'm bound to be in tip top shape very soon.

He took a before picture so we can compare after!!  I have high high expectations!!

As tough as it is... it's really exciting to think about the results.  I think the workout did something to my brain... cause what kind of crazy person would go back and pay someone to torture them this way???...

Anyway, I'm feeling good, and excited to go back Wednesday.
