Hey all! Just posting a note about what is going on in mexico. Dar, tx for the pics! Patio looks awesome. One day I'll come enjoy a cold beer on a hot summer day! Alright, so, here... I had someone in here working last week. I had him install 8 new power outlets! Can u believe this place only had 11? It could still use more but these 8 will mske my life easier :-). For now. No extension cords along the floor now. Also got my Internet and satellite cables run thru the wall so those r hidden too. I had one broke down ceiling fan so got that replaced and installed a second one in the living/dining area. It's sooooo nice not to drag around a floor fan now! I can't believe I lived three years without making these simple and cheap fixes. He also build me 5 planters for my patio! I will take pictures of that as soon as I plant some plants. I'm super excited about those, they're awesome. Guess what?!?! Rusty was adopted. That's all I know but he has a family!! Yah for him. I am now fostering another little girl. She is scared too but not even close to as scared as rusty was. She deals with it in different ways but she is coming along already! I nearly lost her the first night I had her though. She got out of her harness and of course wouldn't come back to me. I chased her around of about an hour before she trapped herself in a fenced yard. Phew! The weather has been awesome!!! Rainy!!! I'm wearing a long sleeve shirt! Whoohooo! For the past three weeks I've been working out with a trainer. Wow, I've never worked so hard in my life. I see him three times a week and I am starting so see improvements in my strength and cardio. It feels great to finally be dealing with my few extra pounds, I'll sign up again for another month with him and I'm sure by the end of that I'll be in tip top shape... Better than ever! Going to get my renewed fm3 visa today. Took a couple months but that's normal. No big deal Work is great. I've found some new ways of processing my images which is bringing my work to another level, that I am extremely happy about. This month I had no weddings... Just a processing month for me. Back at it next month! That's about it. Have a nice day. I'm off to make some coffee and feed the girls. Cheers to another rainy day!!

Well its time to write on the blog again.  First off we would like to wish Dad a Happy Fathers Day!!  We thought we would catch everyone up with whats going on here in Calgary.  Not much!!  lol  Days off have mostly been spent for Andrea painting the fence, and helping me with everything I do.  We have been busy building a deck!!  ya its almost done now.  We took some pics too.  The last one is of my carrot crop.  Talk soon.

Today is my first day of a new workout routine for the month of June (it's June, right?).  I've got some "free" time and really wanted to focus on fitness this month.  I signed up for a personal trainer 3 days a week and will supplement that with yoga on the other days.

Today was my first day.... and wow.... if I work this hard for the next 11 session I'm bound to be in tip top shape very soon.

He took a before picture so we can compare after!!  I have high high expectations!!

As tough as it is... it's really exciting to think about the results.  I think the workout did something to my brain... cause what kind of crazy person would go back and pay someone to torture them this way???...

Anyway, I'm feeling good, and excited to go back Wednesday.
