Xmas 2007 and computer shut down

Dear Family,
Thanks for the great Xmas! I'm so happy everyone was able to make it to the Hat before we take off down south. I'm gonna post a few pics for ya. Also, I was just gonna let everyone know that as of January 4th, I have no phone. Mom, I'll send you my itinerary for that day. The number at the apartment is (281) 890-3207 (and I'm not sure if there is voicemail or not). And as of Monday December 31 (probably), my computer will be disconnected. So, if you need me, call me.

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas... all the way from the Dominican. Rained all night but as soon as Linc and I got out of bed the sun came out. Looks like beach walk is in order! I must say it is tough to realize it is actually Christmas here. There aren't really any decorations and... of course... no snow and cold. Its weird. But... I guess thats why I'll be heading home Boxing day - get back to reality.

Flight leaves at 8ish. I'll call you guys in the morning. I'll try to be home by 10ish, but depends on how tired we are from traveling.

Love the Merry Christmas sign and now I'm totally jealous.

The motorcycle is the funniest. I don't think Lincoln would fare well with the American Chopper outfit. Frustration would be a good name for the look on his face. Hope he enjoyed the ride, oops I mean the walk or cab ride.

First Day on the beach. Took an walk to the strip. 'bout 30 min walk. Good on the feet, hard on the sun beaten body.



In the pool-io at Vicinos. Thats Linc's mom and dad place. It means "neighbours".



1st Excursion:
Linc: "Is there anything we need to know about the motorcyle?".
Lester: "NO"
Half hour later "KA-BAng!!"... 1 KM Push... Lincoln cab ride home... Lori... dollar 50 cervasa at charlies... putt putt ride back with Lester ===== 1 finger tight spark plug that blows our motocylete (and Lester failed to notify us about)

We have gotten a "man-sauge" everyday... and tomorrow we have a "man-suess" coming to the house to give us pool side "man-sauges"... whilest we listen to christmas musico!

Christmas Time

Whohoo! It is getting close to Xmas. Well our tree is still naked but setup. Maybe I should do something with that today!

Just wanted to let you all know that Baby Addy is super excited to show everyone how BIG she's grown! Make sure to bring your cameras. We won't be posting any more pics of the baby girld on the blog til we get a new camera. Ours has officially bit the dust. Takes fuzzy pics and the lens won't retract into the camera. I guess it decided that it has served its time!

Adios family...

Just some last minute packing and one more sleep... then we're off. I'm excited to be in +30 weather! Forecast for our first day is 29 with cloudy periods... Don't see any rain yet in our future! Sweet! Anyway, I'll keep posting if the internet is not too painful down there.
