Birds?

I have no idea what you're talking about... what yellow and black birds?... There are no birds in the images.  Have you been drinking again?

Uh, it didn't remind me of Willow Bunch actually.  It reminded me of camping in Cypress hills.  I remember there was one deer I was "hunting" down.  Funny enough, I felt like I was hunting this deer.  I would put my camera down until he looked away, then I would raise it up to my eye... Bang!!... aaaaaw, no...

Actually the view is not from my balcony.  I couldn't get a good enough view, so I went down.  But no worries, because I am also a deer whisperer :-).  Apparently the dog whispering body language works on deer too.  As well as peacocks... like i did here:

Nice view from your balcony.  Does it remind you of living in Willow Bunch....or have you forgotten how plentiful deer were....mostly in the coulees but occasionally on hoods of cars decending the South Hill.  Funny thing is, at first glance I saw the yellow and black bird and then the deer.  What's with that?

My new pet

Yay, finally I got my camera out to take some pics of the deer in the back yard :-).  I am thinking of photoshopping Maya into one of them to see if we can tell the difference.  Enjoy.

September Already

I agree Connie, the video is awesome....even I would book after seeing it.  Maybe we should change the title to something like, "Looking for Husband".  LOL.  Just bugging Lori.

Leaving for WB tomorrow.  The start of September is always way to busy.  Billy, Happy Birthday for tomorrow.  Lori, \Happy Birthday for the 5th..  In case somebody doesn't know, Lori is 34 this year.  Hope you have a fantastic day.  September 6, Happy Anniversary to \Kim and Bill.  Who remembers their wedding?  Any good stories come to mind?  My memories are getting kinda blurry.  It was so busy.  The wedding of course made me cry.  Our oldest baby getting married to William, AKA Billy.....I still remember the first time we met Bill.  He was wearing a blue bandana and an earring.  We were still accustomed to bandanas and earrings belonging to bikers not our future son-in-law.  Now years later, we know he's not a biker and Kim, Addy and Brynne are the girls in his life.  Congratulations to the both of you and thanks for making us Grandparents.  With any luck we will be seeing you some time this week.

Been awhile....

Well family, I guess its been awhile since I've looked at the blog.  I had lots of videos and pics to entertain me this morning.  Thanks.

Lori - your videographer did a wicked job on your video.  It turned out really good. :)

Kim - those pics and vids of the girls are priceless.  Everytime I look at pics of Addy I can see so much of you (and of course myself since we look so much alike).

Mom - How is the kitchen coming along? I think the last I heard you needed a replacement countertop. Have any new pics?

Thats all for now family!  I guess I better go do the grocery shopping and get back home so I can do a little bit of work around the house. Lame.
