Conditions are removed from the offer on my place. Their possession is Oct 30th! Holy fart... one step closer to Mexico!
I wonder how much interest I can gain on my moola for the next few months!?!?!? How exciting!!
Just to keep you updated... we're working on booking our 3rd wedding for April! Looks like our goal moving date may move to april... We will see.
A year or so back, we got mom and dad a gift certificate for Rocky mountain lodges. They are not going to use them... So they gave them back to me. Unfortunately we cannot get a refund. I got them extended to Dec 30/09.
So, our options:
- try to sell them on the internet... for less than their value
- one of us can try to use them
- regift.
Lemme know your thoughts....
Catchin' up on all sort of things.....wash, news, SLEEP. Ha, ha. Being a Grandma and Grandpa is tough work. Just think I used to chase 4 of you around and still managed. Being organized was the key, I guess. Addy is one busy little girl. Smart as a button. She was amazed by the over 6 inches of snow we got Sunday (needless to say, we were too!!!). Favorite saying todate is "wha's tat" all in a whisper. Pretty good considering she can't talk.
Sounds like C & G had all kinds of fun at 6 Flags. The Hallowe'en coffin looks like one of Dad's creations except in a rougher style. And the wooden roller coaster, Yikes, I wouldn't be caught dead on it. I can't believe they still operate it. It has to be ancient. Probably shut down cause they were looking for timbers to strengthen it.
Cats are still alive here, so I guess they got fed. Dottie & Vicki came over. Dad talked to Dottie. I just know Jeter got pets and then decided she should try and bite. Didn't happen though. Right now, Jeter is meowing and I don't know why. Teva is catching up on sleep.
Dad, aka Grandpa has picked up a cold/flu and is trying to re-cuperate. To date, I'm fine, however, did have a really bad headache when we got to the Hat. Thought it was the start of the same bug Dad has but it has since left. I don't have time to be sick. I work tomorrow and leave about 3 for Calgary for classes. Saturday we shall be returning to CowTown for Patrick Ducharme's wedding.
In the meantime, hope everyone has a really great week!

Super Wicked Roller Coaster.....Goliath The Rattler....it was closed when we were there. Thank God because I probably would've peed my pants! Even though wooden roller coasters scare me to death, I still would've gone on it.
Poltergeist....."keep your arms in at all times....goodbye"....and you're GONE!
Six Flags was all Hallowe'ened out....
The lollipops we bought for Matt and Aprils kids for watching Sisqo for us.
