Oh my god, oh my God, oh my God!!!!

Holy Fart! I'm so excited!!! Just got a call from my realtor!!! He talked to the buyers of our condo! The condo documents have been reviewed and NO PROBLEMS found. They will be signing off papers within the next couple hours! Oh... and conditions are also removed from the property I've purchased. You know what this means?!?!?!?!.... Its all final! Done deal! I'm moving.

Starting the count down... 15 days! Holy Fart! Get cr(p)acking!! hahahha.... I'm so excited!

Mom and Dad... you have the flat bed trailer back now, right? You planning to come here at all? Supervise moving day? If not... thats fine... I'll make a weekend trip there to grab the trailer, see my kid and... visit! Lemme know!

..... this just in.... Documents have been signed! Everything is done!

MOVE IN DATE!!

Finally the builder called us with a possession date. As of March 14, 2008 we'll be living in Cypress, Texas!!! YEEEHAWWWW!!

New Camera!

Well, I'm back from Houston now. Back to work tomorrow. So excited. Not. Con and I did our fair share of shopping while I was there. Only made it thru one mall. Which is pretty impressive considering we spend over 3 hours in one store alone!! Also bought me a camera at costco. How could I say "no" to a hot pink camera? I know?!?!

ADDYSON'S BAPTISM

We're back from Addyson's baptism. Everything went very well. Baptism has changed significantly since you guys have received the sacrement. Four children were baptized. Dad noticed three of the surnames were hockey players, Pheneuf, Baumgartner & Renaud which is half Lemieux. We were all entertained by three of the newly baptized babies singing in unison and well let's just say Little Miss Addyson sang her solo when it was time to change gowns. Perhaps she was voicing her opinion at being changed in public. Everyone went over to Kim and Bill's afterwards. I think we counted 27 people, all at the same time in the Great Room. They have a new house in the works and after Sunday it is safe to say more space would be nice. Congratulations to Kim & Bill on Addyson's baptism. She is a very fortunate little girl. Oh, did I mention she is very smart. She actually called us on the phone last week. She just took Daddy's phone and punched in the right number to Grandma and Grandpa's house. The conversation was short as she didn't have much to say. HaHa, that's our grand-daughter.

Visitors

Well, we're gonna have visitors in Houston!!! Lori flys in tonight!!! Staying for a week. And Kim, Bill & Addy have booked to come see us too!! Woohooo. Kim and Bill will be coming mid-end of April.....should be good times!!

Anyhoo.....I better clean the apartment, neat-freak Lori is gonna be here in just over 12 hours!! ;O)

Floors today

Today we're going to the design center for our builder. Going to pick our flooring colors. I can't imagine if we built from scratch and had to pick everything all the way to the doorknobs!! Thats a lot of decisions!! Maybe once there are some floors in I'll take some pics. Hopefully when Lori is here next week we can go check it out. For sure we can check out the model home though!

Anyways, its 9am and 22 degrees.....I think I'll go for a stroll, then off to the gym!

PS....In case I forgot to mention this before, there is a brand new outlet mall opening about 2 miles from our new house!! DANGER!!

Updates

Hey Family,

Wow Cons, the mansion looks good! I can't wait to see it. Unfortunately, I'll be waiting out booking some tix as the flights are now up approx $150/pp. I will see if they go on sale in the near future and then call you as soon as some dates look good. And, I'll try sifting through flights a bit more for something reasonably priced via Minneapolis rather than Calgary and that might help too.

Addy attended a photo shoot this aft. Here is a cute pic for you to take a peek at! Big shots this Friday....her 4 month shots! Can you believe she's already that old?! Me neither!!
