No demo??!

Do you know who you're talking to??? I'm already planning demo. There is this closet on the corner that is a whole 2 square feet. I was gonna tear it apart and just put shelves or something??? Thats a long ways away tho... Don't worry.
First I need a closet organizer! or maybe two.... and a bed frame with storage under... and... uh... and and and....

Today or tomorrow I'll be heading over there to see if I can get my truck into the parking spot. Its gonna be tough.... That'll suck. I think I'll look into terminating my lease, cause any underground spot is probably gonna be a pain to get in and out of. We'll see...

Oh, This place would be about 20 blocks from work. I'll probably pedal bike it along the river path! Whoohoo... no more traffic! Again... still looking into pedal bike "parking" at the condo. Hope they have some!

"in the same bed"... r u sure!?!?? Holy.... Hmmm... that'll be tough for her to lay that close to Jeter. Jeter's the one who would run away or swat Teva. That would have been soooo funny tho!

Condo Living

Hey Lori, just checked out the new site. I like the looks of the place and I know what is attracting you to this place. It's the red wall. Your probably just happy thinking you won't have to paint. The place is very cozy looking. I'm sure you would enjoy it very much. Would it be walking distance or what? Love the idea of being able to see the mountains. I'm assuming parking your truck won't be a problem. Oh by the way, Dad was wondering if you would leave the walls alone? (as in no demolition). Seriously, it is very nice and very YOU. I love it, the granite, the stainless steel, the red wall. Hopefully, now you find the right buyer. Congratulations to you too. Oh, just about forgot. I didn't see this, but Auntie Lucie said, "Cosmo and the cat were sleeping in the same bed" when she got up this morning. There is hope for Jeter with this pesky cat.

New Career

I just had the best laugh of the day, week, month, probably the year, Lori is applying for maid.....coming from someone who thinks her bedroom is too big to clean....Lori your so funny.....perhaps your 2nd job while living there could be comedian. Just joking. It is a beautiful house (wish it was mine, but then again I also hate house-cleaning). Connie, while we're at it, Dad was wondering if you need a grounds-keeper? And as for me, all I need is the granny-suite above the butler's entrance. I'll keep it clean myself. HaHa. Anyways congratulations on the new house, it's awsome. Hi Gavin, guess you won't be retiring anytime soon.

No offer yet. I got the scoop on the second showing yesterday. Ours is one of three that these people are VERY interested in. They haven't decided against ours yet. Soooo.... I'm sayin' theres still a chance!! Lets cross our fingers that they make the right decision!!

Also, showings are full force these days. We've had showings every day for the last week or two. Something is brewing!! Its called a sale!!!

Just thought you were probably all wondering what I'm doing for the weekend... Something SUPER exciting! You'll be sorry you're missing it! Not.... I'm organizing my stuff under the stairs. Getting pretty storage boxes and throwing out/selling/giving away the stuff I don't want anymore.

Lemme know if you want any of this:
- kitchen table
- old computer desk
- old desktop computer... Oh... mom and dad... u want this? Its newer than yours and hasn't been used for 2 years.
- single bed matress, box spring and head board
- queen box spring
???? MAYBE my little deep freeze ????

Thats all I can think of right now. Its mostly to give away... (except the box spring and kitchen table... maybe) Just doing some clean up so the transition to my smaller place is a little easier when the time comes!
