Just some last minute packing and one more sleep... then we're off. I'm excited to be in +30 weather! Forecast for our first day is 29 with cloudy periods... Don't see any rain yet in our future! Sweet! Anyway, I'll keep posting if the internet is not too painful down there.

S-O-L-D!!!!

Well, its official.....conditions have been lifted and the SOLD sign went up!!! Yah.....only 3 SHORT weeks until moving day!!! Possession is January 4, 2008. Can you say, BUSY!??!!?

Active Release

Ok Lori, I meant to comment on this and forgot. Yes, I've heard of active release. Dr. Hall in MH specializes in it. It is a much better alternative than drugs and surgery. This wouldn't work for Dad now because of all the damage already done. I have also heard it works providing you work with it. Usually your given exercises to work along with the therapy. Glad your back is better. I'm guessing your therapist has also advised you much of your pain could be coming from your flatfeet. Better get some new orthotics. Apparently after one year, it is wise to reinvest.

Back news!

Mom/Dad... you never said anything about the Active Release Therapy stuff I posted. Did you check it out? I'll have you know... I've gone for 2 treatments and my back is feeling alot better! I can actually sit at my desk without it hurting now. It had gotten to the point where it was hurting all the time, especially when sitting.

PS... Only 8 more days til Dominican. Gotta go shopping for a new bathing suit, considering I lost 10 pounds!! Funny what happens when you stop eating McDonalds! Sorry Dad... Its true!
