Dad and I went out to The Beef-Eater to celebrate our anniversary. Dad had B-B-Q Baby Back Ribs and I had Charbroiled Chicken....YUMMY!!! Dad (the lucky man), made a toast for another year. We had to top it all off with strawberry cheesecake. Believe me 32 years is a long time. I even got a bouquet of red roses. They are gorgeous!
Seems as though this blog is becoming more of a "Lori News" than "LEMIEUX News". Too bad for you guys.
So... Anyway. I'm due for some bragging!! First of all, last week I won a poker tournament! Thank you very much, I'm a prostar, I knooooow! Beat out about 100-120 people (work team building thing). I got me a night at the RimRock hotel in Banff. The room is worth 400-600 buckers depending on the season.
As if that isn't enough, I just got back from ball! I hit 3 homeruns! One of which was a GRANDSLAM! Wowsers... I'm good!
Lemme know if anyone would like to sign up for some lessons! I'm expensive, but... your worth it!!
Everyone else called it holidays. I called it work. Every time I turned around there was another job to get done.
If Lori thinks it was scary telling us about "The Bike", it was much scarier seeing "The Bike" and imagining her cruising along the highway. I'm kinda okay with it. The good thing is I won't know when she's out, so I won't worry as much. Sorry Lori, once a Mom, always a Mom. Hope you enjoy it and stay safe.
