Glad to hear you've booked a flight. $150 bucks, I can't believe it. If our weather continues you WILL be wearing a parka the whole time your here. Was close to frost again last nite. I have holidays coming up June 17 to 27 and hopefully we'll get to use the motorhome. Thinking of going to Writing on Stone, just because it's hotter there than any other spot (kinda like our Mexican weather). Of course we'll have to contend with rattle snakes and mosquitoes but it should be nice and peaceful.

Anybody watching the Stanley Cup finals coming up? Maybe this year Stanley will spend a year in Canada. Whoo-who Canucks!!

Dad's been busy chasing garage sales with his "Gator" and BABYSITTING. Haha. That would be looking after Whiskey this week. He doesn't do well with the howling which comes after supper, so the pooch goes back home for the night. The noise should keep the burglars away.

Just thinking that you're all probably wondering about your favorite Mexican... :-). I'm doing well. I've been super busy shooting weddings. May was/is extremely packed with shoots! I've completed 6 weddings and 2 TTDs. I had a cramped month or so and only have two left to shoot before I'm back to regular schedule of 1 per week.

I'll have you all know I just booked a wedding for the week of Jan 18th - 25th!! As far as i know this is the finalized week for Dar & Andreas wedding. Who is going to make it?? Anyone want to stay with me?? I'll probably stay at the resort at least for the night of the wedding (maybe more, depending on who is here for family). That'll be nice to have family here again. I can't wait!!

Still haven't booked my flight for the summer. Must get hunting for a deal! Planning to buy a new computer while i'm home. This one is affecting my productivity!! the boss isn't happy with it.

Update from Mexico

Hi. How is everyone?

Just laying out in my new hammock out on the balcony. Nights are actually still cooling down. Had to go grab a blanket cause I was shivering out here tonight. It would be so nice to sleep out here. Now I understand why Maya sneaks out during the night. Bad girl.

Speaking of... she is a tick magnet. It's funny cause some dogs they are attracted to, and others, not at all. Peanut never comes home with any. but Maya, even with treatment comes home with at least 10 or so. We are getting used to the removal process. She's even starting to get used to her showers. I need to get one of those shower heads that I can remove from the wall tho, cause then I could clean under her much better. First I get my bathtub tho!!

Just booked a couple more weddings for June, which is awesome. I think even if I don't book a single photo shoot for the two months I'm planning in Canada I will still have enough work to keep me busy processing wedding pics :-). Well, maybe not... but close.

Hey, if anyone knows someone looking for family pics I'm going to do up a email to advertise. Let me know if you know anyone interested. Dar, don't you need some engagement photos?!?! Darn, I guess i'll probably have to do those for free. Maybe in return for a bed?? Oh, hey... can I stay with you for the month of July? And use ur car?! hahaha... jk on that part... maybe.

Night nite now, computer is dying and i need to get up early tomorrow to go sign documents. Whoohoo.

The book is OJ Simpson. He was working on trying to collect the million dollars for Bin Laden. Unfortunately he hasn't followed either to the end. Now he'll never get the million bucks and he's only at Day Number 25 for OJ, therefore, a publisher still isn't needed. Any other ideas for a quick buck?

I wonder if dad finished his book about Bin Laden in time? Dad, did you get a publisher?? :p
