Funny story. Today... I was eating lunch... some spiced up chicken and rice. Then after lunch I met with a lady who was buying my microwave. So, went down to meet with her, then when I came back up I realized I had a bunch of spices in my teeth! hahaha... poor lady was probably disgusted and trying not to look! heeheehee... ooops!
No news from me. Just counting down the days until we move! 2 weeks until possession. I'm getting a little antsy. We might be going to Rodeo Houston tonight. We have some tickets to a BBQ cookoff.

Hmmm, no news here. I just came off two days off....ACHOO!!...I seem to have picked up a cold....at least I hope that's what it is. Had a hepatitis shot last Thursday, unless this is somekind of reaction to it. Dad and I are holding pretty steady. No news is good news. Any other excitement out there. Connie and Darin seem to have forgotten about the Blog.
Only 7 more days. One week from now I'll be receiving the keys to my new condo! And I'll be loving my "commute" in to work! Not like this morning.... took me 50 mins just because it snowed a couple inches over night. That won't be affecting my bicycle ride to work!

For those of you who don't know, this little baby Addyson loves the camera. Usually stops and waits and poses for the pic. Guess she'll be very photogenic like her Auntie Connie. And Lori, no demolitions in your new place.....this includes trying to change patio doors around. The guy walking on the sidewalk below might not appreciate it. Glad to hear your getting set for the move.
Well, since Uncle Darin and Auntie Lori bought me (Addy) the same gift at Xmas, I had to return one. But, today you bought me a new toy to replace it. It will be a little bit before I use it but Addy will like to rock away on her new giraffe. Check it out! THANKS!

And I'll have you all know I am feeling very very happy this is close to the last time I will be "killing" my presious time!! Whoohoo! Holy Fart! I'm so excited!!! Just got a call from my realtor!!! He talked to the buyers of our condo! The condo documents have been reviewed and NO PROBLEMS found. They will be signing off papers within the next couple hours! Oh... and conditions are also removed from the property I've purchased. You know what this means?!?!?!?!.... Its all final! Done deal! I'm moving.
Starting the count down... 15 days! Holy Fart! Get cr(p)acking!! hahahha.... I'm so excited!
Mom and Dad... you have the flat bed trailer back now, right? You planning to come here at all? Supervise moving day? If not... thats fine... I'll make a weekend trip there to grab the trailer, see my kid and... visit! Lemme know!

Finally the builder called us with a possession date. As of March 14, 2008 we'll be living in Cypress, Texas!!! YEEEHAWWWW!!

Well, I'm back from Houston now. Back to work tomorrow. So excited. Not. Con and I did our fair share of shopping while I was there. Only made it thru one mall. Which is pretty impressive considering we spend over 3 hours in one store alone!! Also bought me a camera at costco. How could I say "no" to a hot pink camera? I know?!?!

We're back from Addyson's baptism. Everything went very well. Baptism has changed significantly since you guys have received the sacrement. Four children were baptized. Dad noticed three of the surnames were hockey players, Pheneuf, Baumgartner & Renaud which is half Lemieux. We were all entertained by three of the newly baptized babies singing in unison and well let's just say Little Miss Addyson sang her solo when it was time to change gowns. Perhaps she was voicing her opinion at being changed in public. Everyone went over to Kim and Bill's afterwards. I think we counted 27 people, all at the same time in the Great Room. They have a new house in the works and after Sunday it is safe to say more space would be nice. Congratulations to Kim & Bill on Addyson's baptism. She is a very fortunate little girl. Oh, did I mention she is very smart. She actually called us on the phone last week. She just took Daddy's phone and punched in the right number to Grandma and Grandpa's house. The conversation was short as she didn't have much to say. HaHa, that's our grand-daughter.
Well, we're gonna have visitors in Houston!!! Lori flys in tonight!!! Staying for a week. And Kim, Bill & Addy have booked to come see us too!! Woohooo. Kim and Bill will be coming mid-end of April.....should be good times!!
Anyhoo.....I better clean the apartment, neat-freak Lori is gonna be here in just over 12 hours!! ;O)
Today we're going to the design center for our builder. Going to pick our flooring colors. I can't imagine if we built from scratch and had to pick everything all the way to the doorknobs!! Thats a lot of decisions!! Maybe once there are some floors in I'll take some pics. Hopefully when Lori is here next week we can go check it out. For sure we can check out the model home though!
Anyways, its 9am and 22 degrees.....I think I'll go for a stroll, then off to the gym!
PS....In case I forgot to mention this before, there is a brand new outlet mall opening about 2 miles from our new house!! DANGER!!

Today or tomorrow I'll be heading over there to see if I can get my truck into the parking spot. Its gonna be tough.... That'll suck. I think I'll look into terminating my lease, cause any underground spot is probably gonna be a pain to get in and out of. We'll see...
Oh, This place would be about 20 blocks from work. I'll probably pedal bike it along the river path! Whoohoo... no more traffic! Again... still looking into pedal bike "parking" at the condo. Hope they have some!

Hey Lori, just checked out the new site. I like the looks of the place and I know what is attracting you to this place. It's the red wall. Your probably just happy thinking you won't have to paint. The place is very cozy looking. I'm sure you would enjoy it very much. Would it be walking distance or what? Love the idea of being able to see the mountains. I'm assuming parking your truck won't be a problem. Oh by the way, Dad was wondering if you would leave the walls alone? (as in no demolition). Seriously, it is very nice and very YOU. I love it, the granite, the stainless steel, the red wall. Hopefully, now you find the right buyer. Congratulations to you too. Oh, just about forgot. I just had the best laugh of the day, week, month, probably the year, Lori is applying for maid.....coming from someone who thinks her bedroom is too big to clean....Lori your so funny.....perhaps your 2nd job while living there could be comedian. Also, showings are full force these days. We've had showings every day for the last week or two. Something is brewing!! Its called a sale!!!
